Whether you are a practitioner or an instructor in the fitness field, learning should always be ongoing. 

My aim is to help you better understand certain body movements, joint functionality, muscles involved in breathing and how to build a good combination of strength and flexibility. 

Learn about how to breathe in yoga, all about pilates and pregnancy or why it is that you experience back pain after yoga. 

Body Awareness

By attending anatomy workshops you will explore your body in ways you haven't done yet and you will get to understand crucial aspects of daily overseen tasks such as breathing, walking or standing. 

Body awareness allows us to understand what good posture is, how to stretch safely, how to strengthen according to our unique body type and how to train effectively.

Understanding

Fascia in our bodies makes us one entire unit. 

Both from my nutritional background and anatomical lens, I approach each body as a whole. 

A pain on your ankle doesn't always mean there is something wrong just with your ankle itself, it can be caused by something in the knee or even the hip. 

Envisioning the body as a whole, as a union and a unit allows us to understand many things when broken down anatomically. Come learn with me, Let's learn together!
