Fundamentals
Whether you have already attended Pilates classes or you are new to the method, I shall take some time for you to fully understand my approach and school of thoughts by establishing fundamental movements, names of certain exercises and posture alignment. Creating a solid base for every other session to come.
See it as pilates for posture, or as a conscious workout but with me, learn pilates differently.
Unique approach
Getting to know my clients is my signature move, I train bodies in movement therefore the more I know about the body I have in front of me the more you will benefit from the classes.
I also create a great combination between BASI methodology together with Biomechanics and Neuroanatomy helping you reach your fullest potential session by session and see those pilates results.
Body
Awareness
I will help you create your own body awareness through our sessions by having you understand the pattern in which certain muscles fire during different exercises as well as what you should feel and where. Learn pilates and feel its benefits.
I believe it is of high importance during physical activity to get to know one's body and build a trustworthy relationship between itself and the brain.
TRAIN ALONE, WITH FRIENDS OR IN A GROUP
You have several different options as you can train the following ways:
On an individual basis, targeting your goals and making sure all your needs are met, recovering from an injury, pilates for posture or gaining strength postpartum amidst many.

With a group of friends, class of 3 to make the sessions fun and generating a liability that will make you want to attend the class no matter what.

In a studio surrounded by likeminded individuals by attending my group classes on Mondays or Thursdays at Atelier Forme in Rue du Midi, 18 - Lausanne.
