Getting to know my clients is my signature move, I train bodies in movement therefore the more I know about the body I have in front of me the more you will benefit from the classes. I have created a mix between all my learnings and I add the anatomy and biomechanics background to my sessions thus ensuring
you always move safely and aware of your functionality.
Flexibility without proper strength generates imbalances and leads to injuries therefore my aim is to ensure you build both throughout our yoga classes.
After having been trained in different modalities and by several teachers I learned how important it is to build up connections with those who guide you through your practice.
We shall create a community, a bond and a connection and flow through the classes in unison, the more I learn from your body and your external influences the more it helps me create a session that will uniquely benefit you as each
day is different and I aim to
always practice with a humble

You have several different options as you can train the following ways:
On an individual basis, targeting your goals and making sure all your needs are met, recovering from an injury, using yoga for back pain, gaining strength postpartum, looking for some peace of mind or simply wanting to embark yourself in the path of Yoga.
With a group of friends, class of 3 to make the sessions fun and generating a liability that will make you want to attend the class no matter what.
All yoga classes shall be conducted in the comfort of your home or in studios in Lausanne city.
